Dear Patient and Friend,
An Invite to Learn More About Your Health and a Special Limited Offer
How many times have you had lab tests run as recommended by your doctor, and never even gotten a call back to discuss the results, where you assumed the tests were normal, but you weren’t even sure?
Have there been times when you didn’t feel well, and the doctor ran some lab tests, and everything was in “normal” range and therefore, “there was nothing wrong,” yet you were still feeling cruddy, and knew something wasn’t right?
Have you ever thought about the fact that your “normal” ranges may be different than the average person’s normal ranges?
How many times have you wondered what the heck any of your test results really mean by themselves, but even more importantly, in relation to each other, and what the heck can be done to improve the results?
Well, wonder no more!
Introducing Science Based Nutrition (SBN) testing!
I am now offering SBN testing in my office as an additional service to my patients to help determine nutritional deficiencies and excesses, organ system dysfunction, heavy metal toxicities, unknown diabetic tendencies, and much, much more.
I am holding a free informal talk in my office on Thursday 2/16 at 6:30 to 8:00 pm to introduce to you the Science Based Nutrition (SBN) program to assist you in identifying underlying obvious and/or potential organic health issues, and nutritional deficiencies or excesses in your system, etc., that are keeping you from being your best you. This testing package includes a comprehensive and extensive 15-20 page report that discusses all of the significant findings in your testing, as well as makes natural recommendations of how to improve the testing results as needed. The basic comprehensive SBN testing involves objective blood and urine lab tests, run through Labcorp (a reputable lab), the results of which any medical doctor professional can appreciate. The package also includes hair analysis for heavy metal toxicities.
I am making a special limited offer to the patients who attend Thursday 2/16 at 6:30 pm, who are interested in pursuing SBN testing through my office. The talk will be limited to 15 people due to seating, so if you would like to attend, you need to sign up now. Call Jami at 650-342-3452 to register. Again, the talk is free and informational, and there is no obligation for you to participate further.
For more information about the SBN testing, and to download a free sample SBN report, please visit our new nutritional website at www.carmonachiropractor.com. This website is focused more on nutrition, and is in addition to our regular existing website www.carmonachiropractic.com.
Thanks and hope to see you there.
Yours in Excellent Health,
Dr. Carmona
